Your first paid order of any Herbal Ape product is covered for 30 days from the date the carrier marks it delivered. If you are not satisfied, email us to receive a full refund of the product price only – original shipping is non-refundable. Refunds apply only to your first purchase of a product with the same formula and flavor, regardless of pack size or bundle. All later purchases of that product are final and non-refundable.

How to start a refund

Send an email to team@herbalape.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  1. Order number.
  2. Product(s) you want refunded.
  3. Brief reason for the request.
  4. Clear photo of the lot code and the item’s condition. If you cannot provide a photo, we may require the item to be returned for inspection before approval.

We strive to reply within two business days.

Keep-It or Return-It

Most first-order refunds do not require a return. We reserve the right to ask for the product back on orders of two units or more or when misuse or fraud is suspected. When a return is required:

  • We email a prepaid label. 
  • $9.98 shipping and restocking fee is deducted from the refund for non-defective items.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the package is received, inspected, and approved. We may decline claims we determine to be fraudulent.

Original outbound shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.

Eligibility

Refundable

  • First purchase of a specific product.
  • Items damaged in transit or shipped in error – must be reported within seven days of delivery and accompanied by photos.

Not Refundable

  • Subscription refills after the first delivery.
  • Subsequent purchases of the same product already purchased prior or refunded.
  • Packages refused, marked “Return to Sender,” or linked to chargebacks.
  • Orders flagged for resale or fraud.
  • Sale items and gift cards (sale items are clearly marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” at checkout).

European Union customers retain their statutory 14-day right to cancel unused, unopened goods and will receive a refund of the product price plus the original outbound shipping.
