What is Subscribe & Save?

Save on every delivery of Herbal Ape Greens + Electrolytes. By enrolling, you accept the terms below.

1. How it works

  • Choose your cadence: any interval between 2 weeks and 12 weeks (14–84 days).
  • We store your payment details securely and charge the card on file at each renewal.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email before every charge and a tracking email after dispatch.

Shipping & Tax:

  • Continental U.S. – your first shipment ships free; every refill adds a flat $5.45 shipping fee plus any applicable sales tax.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, all U.S. Territories, and all international destinations – carrier-calculated shipping is charged on every shipment, including the first, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

2. Fair-use requirement

To keep prices fair for long-term subscribers, Herbal Ape reserves the right to impose a make-good charge equal to the subscription discount if a plan is cancelled before two consecutive deliveries are completed. This fee is not automatically applied today; if we begin automated enforcement, we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email and on this page.

3. Managing your subscription

Skip, pause, change frequency, or cancel at any time:

  1. Log in to Manage Subscriptions in your customer portal, or
  2. Use the “Manage Subscription” link in any order-confirmation email, or
  3. Email team@herbalape.com.

Actions 1 and 2 must be completed at-least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date to take effect to avoid being charged. To cancel your subscription via email, we ask to email us at-least 72 hours before the next scheduled billing date to take effect to avoid being charged. 

4. Money-back guarantee & returns

  • First delivery only: Eligible for the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee in our Refund Policy.
  • Later refills: Non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or shipped in error (report within 7 days of delivery with photos per our Refund Policy).
  • When a return is required, the procedures and $9.98 return-shipping/restocking fee in the Refund Policy apply.

5. Pricing & program changes

We may modify pricing, shipping fees, or discontinue Subscribe & Save at any time with at least 14 days’ notice by email or on our site. Changes will not affect orders already billed.

6. Limitation of liability

Herbal Ape is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. Remedies are limited to replacement or refund as described above and in the Refund Policy.

7. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, except where prohibited by law. See our Terms of Service for details.
