1. Where we ship

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and select U.S. territories and international destinations through trusted carriers. If your country is not offered at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Free shipping offers apply to product price only; expedited or premium options will be billed at checkout.

3. Processing & transit times

  • Orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created. Delivery estimates begin when the carrier first scans the package.

4. Risk of loss & carrier issues

Title and risk transfer to the purchaser once the carrier accepts the parcel. Herbal Ape is not liable for carrier delays, theft, or mishandling. For lost or damaged shipments, please file a claim with the carrier; we’ll assist where possible.

5. Incorrect addresses & refused packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Packages returned as “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender” are subject to reshipment fees. Refused or abandoned parcels are not eligible for refund (see Refund Policy).

6. Customs, duties & import taxes (International)

All cross-border orders ship DDU / DAP. Local authorities may charge duties or taxes before delivery. These charges are not included in your Herbal Ape checkout total and must be paid by the recipient.
